As an alternative to shipping, purchases may be picked up at the Winston-Salem office (for most items, also from the Bethlehem office). Please call to arrange. In special cases, we can leave the package outside the door (for a brief period) for you to retrieve, after hours. Please call to arrange.

Shipping Information:
- Online and Telephone Orders are shipped First Class/Priority Mail through the US Postal Service only.
- Express shipping cannot be applied to online orders. If you need your order shipped overnight or by FedEx/UPS, please contact Sarah to place your order. 336-725-0651 or sales@moravianmusic.org
- International orders placed online will include a bill with the order for extra shipping.
NC Residents are charged 7.00% for NC Sales Tax.
Orders placed before noon on Monday-Friday will be shipped that afternoon. Orders placed after noon will be shipped the next business day.
Payment Information: The Moravian Music Foundation accepts Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express, via this website or over the telephone. MMF also accepts cash and checks.
Under certain circumstances, your order may be shipped with an invoice to your church or organization; inquire by telephone to set up an account.
Returns/Exchanges: Unopened CDs may be exchanged for a different title. The customer must return the unopened CD via mail or by bringing it to either the Winston-Salem or Bethlehem office in order to receive an exchange. CDs with broken cases will be replaced only if the wrapping has not been removed. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
